Oracle Object Storage is part of OCI. It does not come with FAW Subscription. It comes as part of your OCI Cloud Account setup (either pay as go or UCC) https://www.oracle.com/cloud/universal-credits/1 -

ODI is not included in your FAW Subscription. You need to deploy it in a compute node of your OCI Cloud Account.1
